When Tara Shuert joined Cloudflare, she inherited a fast-growing events portfolio with ambitious global plans and no unified technology to support it. The team ran multiple concurrent programs, from internal sales kickoffs to Cloudflare Connect events spanning London, Sydney, and New York City.
