Account Manager

Amego is the leading provider of mobile event technology solutions for event marketing teams. Our platform was forged through the demanding experience of some of the world’s largest events and is designed to make event planning easier, faster and more reliable than ever before. We provide mobile apps for live events for the B2B world's leading brands, quickly deploying branded, EMS-integrated native mobile apps that delight attendees and create an easy-to-manage SaaS solution for event organizers.

You're the face of Amego and our primary contact to our most important customers. You have a solutions mindset, blasting through problems to fiercely meet customer objectives. You're nice and you like to have fun. You're an events person - IYKYK.

What you'll work on:

  • Retain and grow 5-10 enterprise accounts using our branded apps on our Professional plan
  • Listen to customer input, identify challenges, and craft solutions to make customer engagements successful
  • Craft initial implementation of Amego on behalf of customers
  • Be the first line of support for customers to help them self-serve more effectively
  • Work with our development team for new features or api integrations
  • Be available as a participant in demos, both to new prospective customers and to share new opportunities with existing customers
  • Have a bit of a sales mindset, always seeking to grow the business for Amego and its partners
  • Travel to support customers at key events

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years in B2B SaaS, demonstrated success in customer success, or account management role where you worked with large, complex enterprise-level accounts
  • Ability to use 'systems thinking' to understand and solve customer problems within a technical framework
  • At least 1 year of previous experience in event technology, event project management, or еvent tech industry
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and identify solutions
  • Nice to have: Held a sales quota in the past; proven track record of success and over-achievement of quotas
  • Enjoy working cross-functionally daily, being the bridge that connects the clients with the internal stakeholders
  • Ability to handle growth, intense requirements, and fixed date events ;)
