Daily agendas

It's easy to create an overview agenda that applies to all attendees and helps orient them to the big picture schedule at your event. You can show blocks of time and each block can have special styling and can link to content elsewhere in the app.

Advanced content library

Sessions are organized by day and time, and attendees can use the day picker to browse sessions. Alternatively, attendees can search descriptions, titles, and speakers or they can filter by any content attribute you've set up.

Personalized agendas

We modeled our personalized agendas after Google calendar because it's a familiar interface that attendees can quickly understand. Enrolled or favorited sessions show in the agenda, and the + sign can be tapped to fill any gap in the schedule.

Session details

Session details include title, description, date, time, room and can also list speakers, sponsors and the room map. Further, you can show polls, q&a, and files on a session. Attendees can also take notes which can be exported post-event.

Speaker catalogs

Amego has a standard screen for speakers that lists all speakers in 'featured' and 'all' groupings, alphabetically. Tapping on a speaker shows their profile, which shows their bio, the sessions they're speaking in, and a way to save notes on a speaker.

Sponsor showcases

Sponsors can be listed in groups, which can be organized to show in the right order - both the groupings and inside each group. Tapping a sponsor shows their profile, links, booth location(s), and their sponsored sessions. You can take notes for a sponsor, too.

Advanced notifications

Amego has a number of push messaging options (included in our pricing) that allow you to send notifications immediately or on a schedule, to all attendees or very granular segments of attendees.

Attendee networking

Attendees can opt into networking and then edit their own profile or see other attendees in the directory. You can also add attendees to a contact list and, when enabled, chat 1:1 with attendees and even book meetings with other attendees.

Gamification

Amego's game, Quest, allows you to create 2-10 'stops' that your attendee audience must complete. Each time a stop is completed (through scanning devices or qr codes), the game screen is updated. When all stops are complete, we show a final screen to celebrate the attendee's accomplishment.

Surveys, Polls, Q&A

Amego's options for surveys, polls and Q&A have to be seen to believe. We have an outstanding system for interacting with attendees, with powerful survey options plus polls and Q&A with features that help the speaker engage with the audience in the room, using the app.

Venue maps

Venue maps come in two flavors: basic or advanced. Our basic maps are native to our CMS and work with PDFs of your floor plan. These are effective and can be zoomed in easily and with clarity. For more advanced maps, check out our partner, Expo FP, who makes interactive maps from your CAD floorplans.

More menu

You can use Amego's CMS to create rich text articles easily, then add them to the More menu along with links to screens or URLs that take the user to a web page with the in-app browser. The More menu is also where we show settings and other utilities.

Common questions about Amego and our apps

Amego has a web CMS that you can use to manage all of your content, but we'd like to get you off to a good start. We'll first show you a demo, then once the SOW is signed we can give you access and help you get your initial apps ready. We're always around to help as much as needed.

We have a lot of reasons to share, but the big ones are 1) we are the only mobile platform built in the past 5 years, and it shows with our branding and agility, 2) we understand events from the client side and have built solutions to those unique problems into our platform, and 3) we are easy to work with, including simple pricing and fast timelines + late changes.

If you want an app that is a standalone app, in your app stores, without any limitations on branding and focused on your event(s) only, branded is the way to go. If you want to save money and don't mind being mixed in with other events, choose EventsGo.
